Need help on DAX expression

Hi Team,

I have a Table, DATA in which there is a column 'Completion Status', that has four values - Complete, Incomplete, Overdue, Retraining Overdue.

I could calculate the %Complete using 

%Complete = ((COUNTROWS(FILTER('DATA',DATA[Completion Status]="Complete"))/(COUNTROWS('DATA'))))

Now I want to calcuate %compliance by adding one more value - Incomplete.  

Essentially, this need to calculate Complete+Incomplete/All 4 values of the Column%
