HI,
i need count of value per date but the value is coming from a measure.
as you can see below we have diff dates and value for each day.
value is coming from a different dax measure.
so i want another measure where count of value >45
so finally i want to seee out put as we have 4 days where value is >45.
how to acheive this?

Try the following method,
CALUALTE( COUNTROWS(Date[Date]), FILTER(Date[Date], Measure>45))
