NO despliega niveles en los graficos de matriz

Hola estimado,

Me podrian ayudar con alguna posible solucion cuando tengo mas de 2 nivel de jerarquia de informacion las filas de una matriz y al desplegar el 2do nivel para que me presente el 3er nivel no me despliega, revise mis recurso de velocidad de internet y caracteristicas de mi maquina.

Me podrian ayudar con algun consejo o solucion.
