Measure total is wrong

Hi ,

I am trying to get measures as below;

Total Costs =

CALCULATE(
sum(Transactions[ACTUAL_AMOUNT]),
FILTER(Transactions,Transactions[Activity_code_Num]>=3000
&& Transactions[Activity_code_Num]<=3999),

FILTER(Transactions, NOT (Transactions[Expense_Code_Num]) IN {607,606} ))

Active Sales =
IF( SELECTEDVALUE('Calendar'[Financial Period Number]) >= SELECTEDVALUE(Transactions[FISCAL_PERIOD]),[Total Costs],0)

But when I am doing it in table ,  Iam getting below table with wrong total for active sales measure.
If anybody can help me to correct the total of active sales measure would be really helpful.

Thank you

@Priya2007 , Try a measure like

sumx(summarize(Table, Table[Product_no], Table[ResponsibilityCode], Table[Fiscal Period],"_1",IF( SELECTEDVALUE('Calendar'[Financial Period Number]) >= SELECTEDVALUE(Transactions[FISCAL_PERIOD]),[Total Costs],0)),[_1])
