Last 12 month measeure

Hi , 

I have a problem and looking for some solution.

I have date table which is not connected to fact table. 

I want to sum last 12 month data and show it in chart which is for last 4 years (47 months)

My Measure 

CA Monthly =

VAR CurrentDate = max(Dates[Date])

VAR StartDate = date(Year(CurrentDate),Month(CurrentDate)-47,1)

VAR RESULT =CALCULATE(SUM(Incidents[CUSTOMERS_AFFECTED]), Filter ('Incidents',

Incidents[INCIDENT_START_DATE] >=StartDate && Incidents[INCIDENT_START_DATE]<= CurrentDate))

RETURN RESULT

Measure for last 12 months : 

CA Lats 12 months =

VAR CurrentDate = max(Dates[Date])

VAR StartDate = date(Year(CurrentDate),Month(CurrentDate)-11,1)

VAR RESULT =CALCULATE(SUM(Incidents[CUSTOMERS_AFFECTED]), Filter ('Incidents',

Incidents[INCIDENT_START_DATE] >=StartDate && Incidents[INCIDENT_START_DATE]<= CurrentDate),FILTER(Incidents,Incidents[MAJOR_EVENT_FLAG] = "N"))

Measure for last month is just giving monthly values for last month.

RETURN RESULT

@Priya2007 , complete calculation is not clear. but for 12 month with help from a date table you can get rolling 12 like

example

Rolling 12 = CALCULATE(sum(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESINPERIOD('Date'[Date ],MAX('Date'[Date ]),-12,MONTH))
