Opportunity done by more than one person =countx(filter(summarize(Table, table[Opportunity ID], "_1", distinctcount(Table[Assigned Name])),[_1] >1),[Opportunity ID])

 

Person count for Opportunity done by more than one person=

Sumx(filter(summarize(Table, table[Opportunity ID], "_1", distinctcount(Table[Assigned Name])),[_1] >1),[_1])
