I need the same values filtered per date but unfiltered to calculate the difference.

Thank you so much for help me with this.  Also let me know about good webinars and trainings. Thank you!

                   4/1/20    4/2/20    4/3/20    4/4/20    4/5/20
Area  A              2            4            5           4             1
Area  B              4            9            5           4             1
Area  C              4            4            5           4             1

Total of Supervisor in the Area A - 10
Total of Supervisor in the Area B - 15
Total of Supervisor in the Area C - 12

I already have the count of supervisors (values) per area using a DAX
but I need it in someway fix it to don't be filtered with the date because
I need DIVIDE the supervisors that attended the conference Area A from the total that was enrolled.
to say: only the 40% of the supervisors attended the area A

Tough to follow. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

But, sounds like you need to use ALL('Dates'[Date]) or ALLEXCEPT or REMOVEFILTERS. Probably in a CALCULATE statement.
