Hello,
I would like for the total line in my table to be the average of the whole column. When I change it to "average", it then averages each row value and then averages the total. How do I keep the values and have the total line be an average?
When averaging, this is what happens to the value: (As you can see, the aging days for 97115 is not 24, it's actually over 181 days.)
I want the true value of the aging days and for the total to be the average of all of the values. Is this possible?
Thanks! Please forgive me if this is a simple fix, I'm very new to Power BI and I'm still learning.

Hi, @Anonymous
Please check the below picture and the sample pbix file's link down below.
I tried to create a sample pbix file based on the explanation.
I might simplify too much, but I hope you can get the concept of how to describe a true value row by row, and describe the average on the very last row (Total line).
All measures are in the sample pbix file, and all steps are numbered in front of each measure.

@Anonymous This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
