Help with DAX formula for categorization in a fact table

Hello,

I would appreciate help with 2 issues below, I am new to PowerBI.

1. I want to create a new column called category which would compare several columns in a fact table to categorize each Purchase order. I tried a switch code but I got the below error

2. I want to compare the resultant Category "No GR, NO IR" to the aging of the delivery date to know if the PO is overdue. The criteria is if "No GR, No IR" > 1 day =  PO Overdue.
