Help needed with count measure

Hello everyone. I want to create a measure where i have to show the total count of  "wins" from a column called "table[state]". The column called "state" has two values, "won" and "lost". I have to show count of wins where state = won. How can we achieve this using measures? Any help would be appreciated.
