Get the selected value from Slicer but after disabling Interaction between slier and table

Hi I would like to find a way to get the selected value from the slicer but after disabling the interaction between slicer and the visual. 

I have a report to show one visual with all sales and other table with sales related to the seleted date in the date slicer. 

 I have disabled the Interaction between date slicer and the all sales table,  but now I need to get that selected date value to use in one of the measure in this table. Is there any way to achive this ?

Just becasue there is no interaction I am getting blank value. 

Any experts, kindkly please help 🙂

@Selva_ABZ , if you stop interaction you will not get the value to be used in the formula
