Find percentile for values less than x

Hello community,

Please forgive me, I feel like this is probably a simple solution but I am not fully aware of how to code in DAX.

I would like to find a certain percentile for a given column, but only include the values that are less than 300.

So far I have this:

90th = PERCENTILE.INC(apparatus[Dispatch Time Seconds], .9)

But I don't know how to make it that it only includes values less than 300 in the calculation.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

90th = calculate(PERCENTILE.INC(apparatus[Dispatch Time Seconds], .9),apparatus[Dispatch Time Seconds] <300)
