Find double creation of orders with Direct query?

How do I make a measure that returns the orders where one customer have created more than one order on a day?  

 

OrderId 

CustomerId  Date

measure =
var _1 = calculate(countrows(Table), allexcept(Table, Table[Customer], Table[Date]))
return
calculate(sum(Table[value]), filter( Table, _1 >=1))
