Filtering two different types of data in DAX filter

Hi,

I have a line chart that show me the planned sales value of a project task. The problem I faced was that planned sales value was saved per day and not in total. I created a DAX formula that sums up all the planned sales values of the records where the date was in the past.

Now im facing the issue that the line chart does not filter my projects anymore. I tried to add another filter in my DAX formula so that the records will be filtered based on my selected project. Somehow the filter does not work. Can someone help me with this? A printscreen of my chart with filter and my DAX formula is shown below.

line chart.pngThe values shown also include the values of P-1.057

Total planned sales =
    CALCULATE(SUM(og_powerbidatas[og_plannedsales]);
    FILTER(og_powerbidatas;og_powerbidatas[og_datum]<=EARLIER(og_powerbidatas[og_datum]))
    ;(og_powerbidatas[_og_project_value]=(og_powerbidatas[_og_project_value])))
