Filter column in new column

I have a column that contains 2 categories  GT & Rite and i need to Add new two columns , one that has GT only and other that has Rite only , can you please help me how to do that ?

when i enter your queury 

AssetsbyGT = FILTER('movement', [MVT_SOURCE] = "GT")

i got the below error

"The expression refers to multiple columns. Multiple columns cannot be converted to a scalar value".

Any explanation would be appreciated.

But you can always FILTER('Table', [Column] = "GT") for example.
