Hi @Anjali_mm ,

With sharing, whether you share content inside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.

Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.

You can refer to the following methods to share your reports and dashboards:

1.First, you can put the contents of the workspace into premium capacity

Purchase Power Bl Premium: https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/admin/service-admin-premium-purchase

Assign a workspace to a capacity:    https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/admin/service-admin-premium-manage#assign-a-workspace-to-a-capac...

  1.  If you don't want to buy Premium or Pro licenses, you can try to publish to web.

Anyone on the Internet can view your reports, and you have no control over who sees what you've published. They don't need a Power BI license. Publishing to the web is available only for reports that you can edit. You can't publish reports to the web if they're shared with you or if they're in an app. Read about how to publish to the web.

3.Download the pbix.

Requirements:

  • You can download a file in either Reading view or Editing view, but you must have edit access to the report.
  • The report must have been created using Power BI Desktop and published or uploaded to the Power BI service.
  • The report you're downloading must be published or updated after November 23, 2016. Reports published earlier aren't downloadable.

More details: https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/create-reports/service-export-to-pbix#requirements

Hi,

It is possible via other PowerBI license types e.g. Premiun. I recommend cheking this documentation for that:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

There are also other alternativies. The company I work for offers this kind of service:
https://get.bibook.com/

I hope this post helps to solve your issue and if it does consider accepting it as a solution and giving the post a thumbs up!
