Hi, I am new to the forum so apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.
I am looking for a way to build a chart to display data from the earliest date in the table (this is to remain static) up to the selected date in the slicer.
For example, the earliest date 01/03/2020 wil always remain static but the max date will move based on the value selected. It has be done on a Dropdown slicer.
I hope that makes some sort of sense, it kind of does in my head.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Rich
Thanks for the response but unformatunatley it doesnt seem to answer my query.
I have a date slicer in the dropdown format which ranges from the 1st March to current date. I have unlinked this from the chart as when a specfic date is selected it only shows the data from that date, ideally I want the data from the 1st March to that selected date to be displayed on the chart.
I have measure around with a few DAX fucntions, creating meaures and columns in my data tables but I am getting myself in to a mess.
If you can give any advice or help then this will be reallt grateful.
Thanks Rich.
