Display image based on column last value

Hello,

I have a PowerBI linked to a SharePoint list doing collections of data in respect to some assests.

I wish to make a report that given the asset TAG it displays the last values collected for that specifc TAG and based on THE LAST value it displays two different images:

1 - If the value is greater than x = red battery

2 - the value is smaller than x = green baterry
