Dax or Measure to find specific word from Cel

Dear All,

need help to find specific word from the cell / row wise and display output in anthere collumn

 

e.d

Customer is very upset and angry, need Shipment delivery ASAP

 

Need to look for upser,Angry and ASAP and put the same in another collumn to plot word cloud graph

 

Appericiate your support and looking or solution on the same

If you prefer to do this in the Power Query editor then I would do it like this to have a non case-sensitive result:

 

if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"ASAP",Comparer.OrdinalIgnoreCase) then "ASAP"
else if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"angry",Comparer.OrdinalIgnoreCase) then "Angry"
else if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"Complaint",Comparer.OrdinalIgnoreCase) then "Complaint"
else "No"

Hi Payres, trying to use the below if text.contains to get the below words from the table and each cell

 

anything to modify below

 

if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"ASAP") then "ASAP" ,

if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"angry") then "Angry"

if Text.Contains([#"Details of the Complaints / Suggestions n Feedback"],"Complaint") then "Complaint"

Thanks , i will use it as i jsut have to filter only Customer sentiment words , like ANGRY ETC...

 

it wil be max of 12 to 13 words
