Dax measure not properly Totalizing

I built a Matrix and try to show in a Multirow Card some values. Using the shown measure, I expect that it should show 135MM, that is the total for all years, regardless if I am higlighting one individual suppliers (as in the picture). But the measure always filters the data only for the supplier highligted. If I do not highlight a supplier, the result is 135MM, that is right. The pie graph, it is automatically showing the numbers I want . But the measure is not properly working. Could anybody tell me what is wrong?

There is probably another filter still active. 

What if you use "RemoveFilters('Suppliers')" to remove all filters effecting the suppliers table?
