DAX to count based wild card search

Hi All, 

Data looks like this :

Audit IDEmp NameFrontline Failuers
1ABCCredit not offered
2DEFDid not approach their Manager;System Probing;Reconfirming
3EFRNo Failure
4TGRLack of Authorisation
5RUJObjection handling;System Probing
6IKUDid not approach their Manager

looking for a result like this using DAX :

Frontline FailuresCount
