DAX function to count values in column

Hi all,

I have a column that contains various rows of different text, some of the rows say "Overdue" some say "Not due" some are blank.

How do I create a DAX formula to count all the Overdue rows?

Sorry totally new to this.

TIA Emily.

Count = CALCULATE(Countrows(overdue),overdue[Column1]="Overdue" || overdue[Column1]= "Not overdue")
