Hello, I am working on a dashboard that show emplyee abscences.
I am trying to figure out the best way to show a count of days where the abscenses go over the threshold.
The tricky part is that each Cost center has a different limit. In the Pic Above, the CAC/DEFENSE/EMOB limit is 5. so the number of days equal to or greater than the abscence limit would be 3.
I have attached a sample file that contains adscences for CAC/DEFENSE/EMOB and HR
CAC/DEFENSE/EMOB limit is 5
HR limit is 3
* also noted in sample file not all time type descriptions are abscences Early Quit and Tardy categories do not count for the abscence total.
** Not showing 2/18 in the sample pic as it was a snow day.

I made up the treshold for the two Cost Centres and create a Dimension Table for the CC (and related them to the fact table.

@Anonymous , You can try like
countx(values('Date'[date]), if([abscenses]>=3, 1, blank()))
based on department you have force the limit
