DAX for calculating Months on Book

Hi

Please can you assist. I'm trying to calculate Months on book to replicate this graph.

Currently I've calculated it this way : 

MOB = ([MaxYear]-'ROLL RATES'[Year])*12 + ([MaxMonth]- 'ROLL RATES'[Month]) but its reversed my values.All the highlighted data points should start at MOB1.

if(max(Date[Date]) <=CALCULATE(max(Sales[Sales date]),DATESYTD('Date'[Date])), CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD('Date'[Date])),blank())
