Hi Guys,
I want to do a DATEDIFF calculation and get the result in fractions.
So I can take the answer in this formula.
But can we change this to get the result only for weekdays and the result in fractions.
Thank you.

Can you try the following Calculated Column?
Result = (DATEDIFF( [Date1] , [Date2] , HOUR) - COUNTROWS( FILTER( CALENDAR( [Date1] , [Date2] ) , WEEKDAY([Date],2) IN {6,7} ) ) * 24) / 24
