Hello all,
I've searched the forum, and although there are similar questions, I could not find a solution that worked.
I have 2 columns, one has a set of IDs that are not necessarily unique, the other one has 2 values: ready or Not ready).
I need to count the times Ready shows per value in the first column. My Sample is from excel, just to get an idea of my data:
Formulas that I've tried have given me the total amount of times each appears, but i need the total in relation to the ID..
Thanks!
Hi There,
I am not sure if I understood correctly, you want to see
ID 14 with Count 2 (for Ready Now) right?
I have rebuild this, with a example table (different values tho)
To Calculate the Rows i have used a measure
Ready Now =
CALCULATE (
COUNTROWS ( 'Ready or Not' ),
'Ready or Not'[Readiness] = "Ready Now"
)
It calculates how many rows it should count, with "Readiness" set to "Ready Now", if you want to count something else, you should put a different Filter in ""
🙂
Have a great day
