So I am newer to Power BI and I have been trying to get this to work using several formulas i've found on the forums here but nothing seems to be worknig for me. I have tried to create an IF statement, a switch, and even just a string of measures that reference each other but nothing seems to be working.
What I am attempting to do is reference my dataset to count the number of items in a column meeting the following parameters.
Count of decimal number less than or equal to 5
Count of decimal greater than 5 less than or equal to 10
Count of decimal greater than 10 less than or equal to 15
Count of decimal greater than 15 less than or equal to 20
Count greater than 20
The problems I run into, when I create my IF statement is won't let me reference a column only another measure. My skills aren't quite up to crafting a full logical statement with declared variables it seems, having not taken or used a programming language since college a very long time ago.

@Anonymous When referencing a column from a measure, you need to use an aggregation function. MAX, MIN, SUM, AVERAGE, COUNTROWS, etc. Other than that, not enough information to really go deeper.
Can you post sample data as text and expected output? Please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
