Count measure with if condition based on multiple columns !

Hi !

I want to count alphabets that is returned row by row from an if condition measure and i.e. L,C,E.
I have three columns :- 1st)Country, 2nd)Category 3rd)Brand.
I want to count the alphabets L,C,E on the basis of Country i.e for e.g L=8 countries, C=9 countries, E= 10 countries
So, for this I used this measure:-

C Count Country = COUNTROWS(FILTER(VALUES(table[ctry_nm]),[LCE Brand View]="C"))
Now when I am using two columns i.e Country and Category it is working perfectly
but when I am adding brand column same result is coming, which is wrong as it is not considering the brand column.

Suggest me a measure where it will count the countries based on both category and brand.

thanks in advance !
