The table has two colums with amounts and I want to calculate the sum of column x when not empty AND if empty then calculate column Y.
To get to the solution I have an measure to calulate X and one to caluclate Y. Then I did the next IF statement:

The table also has a column named COSTSAVINGS and caluclations of SUM is only for the COST.
