Conditional Formatting based on Color code logic

Hi Experts,

I'm facing challenge while creating a KPI's dashboard.

As per Business requirement I need to apply color code for KPI's as per below logics for

- Green: when is equal or below to the target. Amber: Above 5% of the target. Red: Above 10% of the target

and

- Green: when is equal or above to the target. Amber: below 5% of the target. Red: below 10% of the target

Create a calculated column like so:

c = switch(true(),kpi<1.05,"green",kpi<1.1,"yellow","red")

and then use that column in the conditional format "by field value"
