Concatenatex BOM

Hello,
I need help with the following measure.

Measure  =
CALCULATE(

 CONCATENATEX(DISTINCT('BOM'[TopParentProduct]), [TopParentProduct] , " ")

 , 'BOM'[PurchaseItem]="12346", ALLEXCEPT('BOM','BOM'[PurchaseItem]))

The Report is structured to search from [TopParentProduct], then through BOM all [PurchaseItems] are identfied.

If i specify the purchased part, the measure works well.  (i.e. Returning beside active filters, all current and other top parent products)
is it possible to have this measure dynamically retrieving actively filtered [PurchaseItems] & Returning all existing [TopParentProduct]?

N to N relationship between [TopParentProduct] & [PurchaseItems].

Thank you and BR,
Marco
