Combining two measures into one

Hi,

Is it possible to combine these two measure into 1? They are working.

Measure 1 to calculate the value for the next day
com_test =
VAR PriorDay = SELECTEDVALUE(table1[date])+1

RETURN
CALCULATE(
( SUM(table1[gb_total_supply])),
ALL ( table1[date]),
table1[date] = PriorDay
)

Measure 2 to calculate the diffrence between the next day and today
com_test minus measure1 =
[com_test] - SUM(table1[gb_total_supply])
