Categories Values As Per the Installment payment

I have data table as below

Table contains the customer's Installment amount he should pay in monthly and other columns contain the actual amount he paid on the month. And I want to categorize the amount paid by the customer as below in power bi
Installment = paid amount(each month)

Installment > paid amount (each month)

Installment < paid amount(each month)

Installment = 0

What is the method I can use

I've created a measure to return a value and format the background based on this return. Check also the background conditional formatting.

thank for your help. I would like to see the table more like this

and instead of 0 and 1 , the month columns should contain the amount he has paid relevant to that month and field format (background color or preferably using icons) the cell as per the previously mentioned categories.
