Calculating Subtotal using DAX -- Need Help

Hello ALL,

I am facing one challenge while calculation of Subtotal values.

My query is Calculate Subtotal using the below rows data but whatever the data come from Fact Table all in the rows, data value should be same and Subtotal value to be same. Please refer the screen shot for your reference.

My Table should be Matrix Table

Subtotal wont be caluclated above level it should be gave me the averge value

I have 6 subtotal rows, now I present One rows, another 5 Subtotal is need to add or may be more. Any help much appreciated.
