Calculate percentage of operational units

Hello everyone!

Fairly new to PBI and I'm trying to get a card to display a percentage with a measure.

We have a table with several columns - location, current status, and model.

I'm trying to create a measure for each model of equipment in each location and I'm having some difficulty. Does anybody have any advice how to make this measure?

@LVTech,

Perhaps you can either supply us with pbix, or example of your table, and expected output?
