CONDITIONAL COLOR FORMATTING

Hi,

I have troubles with conditional formatting. I create a measure called ColorKPI, like this:

ColorKPI = SWITCH (
TRUE();
AVERAGE('fabrication productioncontrolitemstationsummary'[% Avance]) = 0; "red";
AVERAGE('fabrication productioncontrolitemstationsummary'[% Avance]) < 1; "yellow";
AVERAGE('fabrication productioncontrolitemstationsummary'[% Avance]) = 1; "green"
)

Conditional Color Formatting 2.JPG

This supose to colorize red when 0%, green when 100% and yellow when is less than 100%; but when i apply this measure, some values colorize yellow instead of green or red.

Does anyone can help me to solve this please?
