BASED ON A MEASURE I NEED TO DISPLAY EITHER ONE COLUMN OR ANOTHER

I Have  column called KPI which has a number of KPI's within and another calumn called KPI Type which again has a few types for example QC, MHC, RTG,TT etc., and now the data which is another column called as KPI_Value. I also have another table to say that for each of the names the QUAY equipment is QC or for some it is MHC.

if i make a dashboard to show the R&M (KPI) for QC, it shows the R&M for QC, but when i change the name to another which is MHC based, it will show blank.  how can i create dashboard to show either QC or MHC based on the other related table?
