Average of a measure

Hello,

I am struggling to get the average of a measure 'Mailed Qty' which is being shown as a column in table visual. Actually i am forced to use measure because a multiplication factor has to be picked from another table based on a slicer selection. So, the measure is working fine in table visual but now the requirement is to show the average of 'Mailed Qty'.

Any help will be greatly apreciated.

I would create a measure Avg Mailed Qty, calculated by creating a virtual table with one column as your dimension and another column as the measure Mailed Qty. Then use AVERAGEX to get the average from this virtual table. If you could provide sample data and the desired output, it would be helpful.
