Assistance with 4 tables and formulas

Here is what i have

List of People - A (names only and small subset with 1 unique identifier that relates a 1: many with the roster)

List of People - B (names only and small subset with 1 unique identifier that relates a 1: many with the roster)

List of People - C (names only and small subset with 1 unique identifier that relates a 1: many with the roster)

Then master Roster with all actions and statuses, and dates of those actions, for each month over the past 3 years.

My goal: to get trending data on each list

Sample ask:

   For List A, I would like to know for each campaign date, if the person in list A = Yes to reporting.  Then same, but seperate for List B, and C.  All actions, dates are in the master roster.

I may need a few formulas to get the calculation, but looking for trends as a whole for each month on reported, action taken, action not taken.  These are all in Yes and No format for reported, action taken, action not taken.

People ID is the same across all tables and way they are linked.

I've tried creating a measure like this:

  pos reported measure = calculate ([CountofListA], MasterRoster[Reported?] = "Yes")

Then using the campaign dates from Master Roster pulled that into my chart.

I've also tried this:

  All Reported Pos = Calculate([CountofAll], MasterRoster[Reported?] = "Yes")

Then, in the filter for the page or for the visual, i pulled in the people ID for List A, but that didn't warrant results either.

Any help or tips, greatly appreciate it!!

I ended up solving it.  When i calculated totals for entire list, i dragged the list A people ID to filter on this visual.  since list A people id is less than the master roster, this appears to work and i can re-use the same master formulas.

Can you add sample tables (in format that can be copied to PowerBI) from your model with anonymised data? Like this (just copy and paste into the post window).
