Allocation of Cost by percentages and time intelligence with DAX

Hi All,

Is there a DAX formula that enables one to allocate different percentages of total cost to individual month. For example the rules are the project duration have to be divided into two. Cost allocated to the final month of each phase have to be 20% of that phase and the rest of the 80% allocated equally across the remaining months for that particular phase. The objective is to be able to determine cost per month for different projects
