Aggregating Results Messes Up Filter

I have a calculation (CompItem_IncExc_Flag) in a table structure that is showing up correctly.

However, when I try to filter off that column I'm not getting the right #'s.  I would expect the 6/29 values to show 21.51.  The addition of item 1 &2.  It would not add item 3 since the first purchase date occured after the minimum slicer date

What is the right calculation?

The PBIX file can be found here:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/wz8m2sv7h1ieeu3/Competitor_Example%20v2.pbix?dl=0

Thanks.
