Adding current month column to previous month

In the matrix below...

How can add the 2296 in column 10 with 47 in column 9 and then subtract 46 from column 9.

Esentially 2296+47-46=2297 should be the value display in the blank section in column 9.

I think you can write a measure formula to cumulative reverse total based on the row and column categories.

You can use the current column value as index to loop table records and use the two categories to confirm add or minus the value with specific category row values.

If you are confused about coding formula, can you please share some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
