Add the values in one column based on another column.

I want to add the values in the C1 column according to their respective StockItemNames and put those values in another column C2. I attaching some photos which show an example of I want the final output. Please help me with this DAX.

Try a new column

sumx(filter(Table, [stockitemname] = earlier([stockitemname]) && [index] <= earlier([index])),[C1])
