I need to write a measure to add three measures. I need a total column of Delta Hourly + Delta Exempt + Delta Non-Exempt. I trieed "sum" and "measure" but neither work. Obvisoulsy, I don't know what I am doing.

@kemmerrc
Are you trying to create a calculate column or a measure for a report?
If it's a column than just remove all the SUM from your calculation and just keep the column names and plus them:
Delta Total = 'Headcount Authorized vs Actual'[Delta Hourly] + 'Headcount Authorized vs Actual'[Delta Exempt] + 'Headcount Authorized vs Actual'[Delta Non-Exempt]
You are spot on. All I had to do was remove "sum" and it worked. Thank you so very much!!!!!
