Active Employees at Intervals

Active at 6 Months = CALCULATE(COUNTA(HRData[Full Name]), FILTER(HRData, ISBLANK(HRData[Termination Date])||DATEDIFF(HRData[Hire Date], HRData[Termination Date].[Date], MONTH)>=6))

I'm using the above fromula to calculate employees who were employed at the 6/12/18/24 Month Mark after their Hire date....My problem is that it is counting employees who haven't had the opporutnity to make the 6 month mark as "Active"....

For Example: Employees Hired Last week are being counted as employed at all of these intervals but clearly haven't had the oppoturnity to make it to that point yet....looking for suggestions on next steps???

Let me know if this is essentially what you're looking for. I accomplished this by uploading 3 bits of data. Employee, Hire Date, Term Date. REst of the columns are calculated columns. Status looking for a blank in term date field. Months w/ Company is simple math - (TODAY - HireDate)  essentially. Award is a nested IF Statement - If status = Inactive then "".

Let me know if this helps, and if more information is needed.
