Access values in another row of the same table

consider the following table

ID              Name            ManagerID             ManagerName(column to be created)

 1                  X                      102                            Y

102               Y                      201

I need to create a new column "Manager Name", where it searches the table for ID corresponding to Manager ID and prints out the Name from the searched row .

new to PBI..need a DAX function for this
