Visual to Illustrate Range

I am looking for a visual that will show the range from minimum to maxium.

For example, suppose I have a table containing Date, Min recorded temp, Max recorded temp over several dates. Now, I would like to create a visual which will show these range across each dates:

It doesn't have to be a line, can be a bar as well. The closest I got was having a stacked bar chat, but the main issue is, the bars start from x-axis which defeats the purpose of my core requirements.

Is there any such visuals available already? Otherwise, I recommend this visual as an idea.
