Make custom visual’s sandbox options configurable

Custom Visuals run in a sandbox iframe with only allow-scripts enabled. This setup eliminates the possibility to develop custom visuals that can submit data to other applications, which requires allow-forms enabled. In other words, custom visuals are ONLY data visualization tools. They cannot be data integration tools. There are many use case scenarios in which custom visuals collect data from other visuals and relay them to external applications. Is it possible to make sandbox options configurable, especially allow-forms?
