Fixed Bookmark Navigator as the page can be Scrolled Up/Down or Left/Right

It would be Great if the New Feature Bookmark Navigator could stay fixed in some part of the Report Page as the page would be scrolled Up/Down or Left/Right.
Example: The Bookmark Navigator could be on the left side occupying Full Height of the page and as we clicked on the bookmarks it would scroll down to another section in the same page of the report.
