Admin portal - manage permissions by user

Hi
We are using shared datasets and the security is managed by granting permission to each user to each particular dataset and the also to the corresponding workspace where the user needs access and we have reports using this dataset.

We've found difficult to keep track of what access have each user, and also to identify what datasets and workspaces a new user in the same department would need.

Is there an option to have a wider visibility of the datasets and workspaces each user have access to?

Is there any option to list all the users having access to any dataset and/or workspace?
